Shipping policy


Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS IS THE SAME. YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCEL IF YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS DOES'NT MATCH. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE FULL CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. NO EXCEPTIONS 

All hair orders have a 7-10 business day processing period. (Unless they are marked ready to ship) THE PROCESSING TIME IS HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR US TO PACKAGE AND SHIP OUT YOUR ORDER . THE PROCESSING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE THE SHIPPING TIME.

Orders will not be processed over the weekend or during national holidays.

After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(S) VIA EMAIL.

Shipping can take between 2-7 business days 

All orders require a signature and must be signed for.

No address changes can be made once your order has been placed. Please make sure you check that you have entered the correct full address.

After your order has been processed please refer to your carrier that's provided on your tracking information.

When your order is in the hand of your delivery carrier we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damage packaging. Please contact your local post office if you encounter any problems.

We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. Please make sure your address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for making sure your address is correct. If your package is returned you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.

We do not accept returns or refunds. Please ensure that you are ordering the correct lengths and quantities at checkout.

Return/Refund Policy

 

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we don't not offer returns or exchange. Please make sure that you ordering the correct lengths and quantities.

Exchanges are only acceptable if there was a mistake on our behalf. We will reimburse you once the hair is received. (All hair must be received within 7 days) Your hair will be declined if the hair is not in its original state. Your exchange will also be declined if hair is not received within 7 days. (If you are returning curly or wavy hair the hair must not be comb through. The ties on the hair cannot be cut off.(NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED ON CLIP INS, TAPE INS, OR WIGS)

WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON HAIR THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN INSTALLED. Important Hair care tips are given to all customers . It’s the customers responsibility to follow the hair care tips & take care of their hair.

All customers are responsible for measuring their heads. Sizing references will be listed under all wigs to help you decided which size wig fits you. Please make sure you read the sizing chart. If your wig to big or small you will not be able to exchange it.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
